Clients of ours had been debating about the color of their dining room for almost a year. They were not changing the existing furniture, but wanted to update the look. He wanted a deep red for the walls with vertical blinds on the windows and she wanted pale yellow walls with casual loose draperies puddling on the floor.

We finally did a conceptual virtual room design on the computer for them and it turned out that they both were happy with red walls combined with the soft drapery.
